I find all this "reporting" to be quite pathetic. If people are so stupid as to buy something for two bob thinking they are getting something genuine or authentic, then that is their problem. Hopefully they will only be "stung" once, but if not then they are downright stupid.
I think that anyone who buys and sells reps and then goes on to report something of this nature is a sad hypocrite. Our involvement in this hobby perpetuates this type of activity, so pull your head out of your [censored].
The difference is.. is that we know we are buying a rep.

I think its the AR giving the blue tinge.

The bracelet is a pain in the rear to resize. I ended up breaking one of the pins- so swapped in my UPO bracelet which had already been resized. My UPO now sits on a nice black rubber strap.
Long live James Bond.

No this is not the newest version scheduled for release. I'm not sure about how many gen parts this watch will accept but probably not very many. Otherwise it would be advertised as such. Most people tend to agree that the porikaa is the best for the money if you Narikaa has any in stock. The best version made was the 4th gen, but supply on those dried up a couple years ago. The new version should be coming out in the next few months.. wait a bit.. and see what the new one's like before jumping the gun on this one.
I have an UPO and have ordered a "Porikka" as a daily beater. They look great value.

I think I got mine from Josh.

Very nice it is too.

Not a perfectionist myself, but isn't the datewheel the wrong colour in the link to buy? (second post)

And btw this must be a real cheap ar on the chrono. My upo ar dont come off so easy
I thought the AR was on the inside of the UPO?

The rubber strap is very comfortable, but it doesn't always go under a cuff too easily...
Very true. My shirt cuffs are tight over my UPO & rubber strap.

Rubber all the way.

Thanks.
is the bracelet a 1:1 copy? Same style? pin + screws?

I've got a few questions about the 7750 Link Chrono rep I hope you can help me with.
I received mine today, but notice the top right pusher is very stuff and almost clicks when pushed. Is this normal?
Also.. how do the chrono dials work? I.e, what does each one do? I take it the left hand one is seconds- and the top right button starts the second sweep hand?
Finally, does the rep use the same pin/screw bracelet mechanism as the gen?

I have a dodgy dial UPO (black and white)- and the niggles are hardly noticable.
You're right in one respect though; the dealers should really update their sites to reflect the changes.

It's just like the original bracelet, pins and bushings. Take it to a qualified jeweler if you want to size it, i've bent pins trying to get them back in place.
I tried one Jewellers and they said they'd need to send it off to Omega to be resized
Time to try another one tomorrow.

Question:
Is the UPO bracelet held together with pushpins?

Hi,
Could anyone point me in the right direction to get a rep black strap for the 45mm Ultimate PO?
UK preferably?

Good for you my man, I know your going to love It Mike
Also looking at the Railmaster

I've still ordered one

From what I've read, its only the white on black dials which are like this.
Great.. not.

Guys,
I've been browsing through the site here, and notice that some people have bought UPOs recently which have the infamous bad dial (600m/2000ft doesn't fit to the width of the word chronograph).
Is this a general trend?
Another crappy PO rep on the 'Bay
