Right! Have got the ball rolling on this.. and just purchased a 128 cyclope! Found out who DW is.. can his cases really fit gen parts unmodified? Have read that one of his other cases requires heavy modding for certain gen parts and I dont fancy that. Thanks..

My FM quest isnt going to happen.. so have switched my attention to a Tudor 7032 project instead.. Have been doing a bit of reading in the last day or so about how to put one together.. case from Yuki, pushers and other bits from CWP and others BUT the dials available from Yuki and gang seem to be pretty naff. Im not going to ask about gen dials as its pretty obvious that im not going to get one but is there somebody that produces/sells 'custom' 7032 dials that are decent? Money isnt reeeally an issue to be honest. Also, not sure where I would go about buying a Valjoux 7734 - can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks all in advance.

Hi all, Created a similar thread on RG the other day but it seems to be down for a day or 2 so no harm putting it here as well, eh? Looking for a watch to do a bit of modding to.. really fancy a Franck Muller, ideally a FM King or something. My question is - what is the easiest FM to mod. Most importantly would be putting in a gen movement, but maybe one that can accept gen dials and other parts too? Thanks in advance.

Purchased a SOH Chrono from a dealer on here and received it 3 days ago.. Taken it out of the box and 3 times now ive noticed that the watch has stopped completely, and requires a light tap on the side of the watch to get it started again Is this normal for a new watch or am I going to have to organise a replacement?
