  1. Well, I am very grateful for you're help and time. I am sick and tired of fake crap that will be flawed - I went out and bought the genuine Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean, 45mm case with an orange bezel and stainless steel (no rust on the gen!) watch, cost me
  2. Thank you for you're reply. However, I will now research this but I don't really know what to look for. I am fully aware that this is a fake trade; therefore trust is something I am looking for. I somehow feel that I may get ripped off - just as no one can offer advice about dealers and watches! I am not a expert, if I had the money I would just buy the genuine and never think twice about it! I am only looking to know whether the watch is good, the movement is a real ETA (something I would doubt being a fake watch) and how do I know the dealer will send the watch?
  3. I asked another question about another watch, this time I am looking for this model either on a ss strap or the orange leather strap, with a ETA movement. I am only asking as this is a risk to buy - and I want to make sure that I don't just throw my money away on a piece of junk which appeared to be a good quality replica. I am very grateful, and always thank those who offer their assistance. Not everyone is an expert. EZY.
  4. Hi, I'm in the market for an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 45mm with orange bezel, and if possible - orange leather strap! I am looking to spend a maximum of $200. However, if possible I'd like the movement to be a Swiss-automatic. I have seen one on silixtime ( http://www.silix-prime.com/omes044-p-1890.html ) how good is the watch? How close to the genuine is it? And of course, how good is the movement? I would be very grateful for any help and advice. Thank you.
  5. Hi, I've seen this watch and for the price it seems good value. My question for you experts, is how close is it to the gen? Is is visually on-par? How good is the movement is this piece? Here is the link: http://www.silix-prime.com/omes039-p-1807.html Also, if anyone else knows a good dealer who will be able to source this watch for about the same price, please let me know! Thank you.
  6. Thanks for the link, but I am looking to spend about max - $200, which the model from Silix fits into perfectly
  7. Thanks again for you're replies. Firstly, how come you say it is not an accurate rep? It looks good, I am not really fussed about whether the case is bigger or the crystal is higher. As long as it's not dramatically obivious I'll be okay with it. Secondly, I did a member search but nothing came up for The Zigmeisterzumba? Also, building my own Daytona - as much as I'd like to - this won't be possible as I just am not that technical, honestly I would ruin it. Thank you for your help, it is much apprciated!
  8. I forgot to add, I also like the white version. But from silix, the white-dial version doesn't seem to look like the black dial version, the writing looks poor...? Is this the case? Sorry for the stupid questions, I just don't know where else to go for advice! Thank you for your time.
  9. Thank you both for you're replies! Yes, that watch thankfully is in stock. So, how good would it be? I mean it's the Asia copy of the Valjoux movement? Will it be reliable enough to last for a few years? I also will need to know how would I have the watch serviced? I really don't think my local watch repair shops will touch replicas... I could ask but I think they won't for company policy is there anyone on here who would do the service? And finally, is the seller trustworthy? I notice from you're signature that you have a Daytona with the seconds at 9, where did you buy it from? How good has it been? Many Thanks!
  10. Hi, I'm in the market for a Daytona, the black faced, two-tone stainless steel version. I have contacted my preferred dealer about finding one in a Asia 21j movement, but I would rather have the seconds at 6 version. However, I just won't pay for something with a known flaw and could break even on arrival! I've searched around and apparently the seconds @ 9 model is the most reliable? I don't mind that this is a giveaway sign, I just want a good and reliable Daytona! Where can I buy one from? Also, how much would it be? Thank you!
  11. My point about the cars was based on the satisfaction surveys, which the Lexus comes out on top. I took this to mean that more drivers prefer a Lexus to any other brand, but in terms of perception of quality the Mercedes is the winner. But that doesn't mean it is the best product. I am sure a very well known auto-journalist in the UK did a comparison of the S600 and the LS600 and he said the Lexus is the winner in terms of which is better. But which one would he buy, and it was the S600. Rolex will never change their product, so their image will remain the same. Still, if given the choice to have a Rolex - I'd take it and be very happy!
  12. Well, I disagree that Rolex movements are "over-hyped". I don't think there is a non-Swiss movement out there that honestly can compare? A Chinese movement more accurate than a Rolex movement??? However, I feel that yes, a Rolex is now becoming a hyped product. I saw a Panerai chronograph in the Transporter 2 and I prefer that so much to the Daytona, but I'm just not sure which one is better! I agree that there are many brands that probably offer better watches, or watches that are directly comparable. But the word ROLEX beats them, I think it's the same with the Lexus LS and the Mercedes-Benz S Class. The Lexus is better, hands down. But it doesn't have the star on the front. Just my view though!
  13. Hi, Well I was a little put off from buying replica watches once I had spotted that my "Noobmariner" (from a trusted dealer) had specks of rust on the bracelet and clasp. But I've seen a few friends who recently bought replica watches on holiday and they look pretty good. Far better than my noobmariner which was supposed to be good! Anyway, I don't really want to spend more than $70. I think that's about
  14. Hi, I'm in the UK and I'm looking to buy an affordable, but very good quality Aquaracer Chrono. Please could someone help me in sourcing this watch! I am looking to spend no more than
