Judging by the vid, the AR is awesome, the sticks also have a different texture. A V3 bezel should be better. The little squares not being lumed isn't a deal breaker to me, hard to see I guess.

I used CapeCod, which you can buy almost everywhere, depending on your location. Google is your friend.

Bluing screw is done by heating.
But anyway, the watch is on your wrist, so the movement is not visible. Plus, one has to know what to look for and know how it compares to gen. Even so, I see a lot more true cotes de Geneva instead of stickers nowadays.
