Swap the noobmariner Dial and Etamovement to your TW Best,because the Dial is much better....
Easy swap,install Gen Tube and crown and you have a nice Franken Sub

I found a small screw to release the stem....
But you are right with the height of the movement,thats a new problem
I won`t grind down the rehaut,it is not worth...
Maybe i find a other way,the installed datewheel is damm thick...
I think to grind it down a little bit,i give it a try....

here is an other project to become my 1680 more like gen...
This is an As 1916 movement and a Gen silver Datewheel....
its a 17 jewel movement with 21000 Bph and quickset by pushing the stem....
I don`t know how to release the winding stem,so its not installed yet....

after a while i was not online,here an other Franken project.
This one has a MBW case modern style no lugholes.... deep rehaut...
I installed a gen Tube and crown on it,gen Insert.
The dial is a "noobmariner Dial witch is excellent,also the datewheel...
The barcelet is a Sel with hollow midlinks an a other clasp...
Ok,enough of words here we go...
