Wow! Where did you find this Mark 40? Does it use the 7751 movement? I foolishly let a Speedy day date with the 7751 go a year or so ago. Now nobody is making them anymore....

Seems I've been to this location as well. The items are probably Lemania or Venus clones and of course, they do not perform the desired functions. I have NO idea why this watchis no longer produced. I have had one before and it is one of the most amazing and accurate reps I've ever seen. I'm still [censored] that I sold the last one. Thanks for your reply. I'll post any source9s) I find.

Seems that the supplies of the Omega Speedmaster Day Date 3220.50.00 with an Asian 7751 movement have dried up. I cannot find any examples of the older design 3523.30 either, from any of our trusted dealers. Does anyone on the forum have an example of either or both they would like to part with? THANKS!!

Hello All, Can anyone help me solve this issue? I have a perfectly good RG day date which was obtained a long time ago from Watchlover David (anyone remember him?)which keeps excellent time, has never been opened and the Cyclops and date wheel alignment are actually good. The problem is the oyster bracelet;it was poorly plated and fell apart almost instantly. Some "barn job" repairs kept it together for several years. Alas, it is now Gone. Can anyone on the forum help me to source a good quality (whatever that means) replacement rose gold oyster bracelet for this prez? From my experience, there are rarely issuedwith the placement of the mounting holes in the lugs, unlike come less frequently copied items like one of my Zenith Xtremes. Hi All. I have a watchstation Zenith Defy Xtreme Ultimate with rubber strap just recently received. Other than a sort of lousy Cyclops, and an hour register wheel which is a couple mm smaller than the gen, this titanium model is really very arresting. Correct case thickness and shape, bezel shape/thickness, tang buckle/strap keeper. All in all, very, very nice. I'm looking for a 2 tone RG/Blk metal bracelet to add a little flexibility and let me dress this baby up a notch. So far,l no joy. I have a far less accurate DXU with a metal bracelet, but the springbars do not line up with the lug holes. I wear it as well, but the titanium model has spoiled me, I'm afraid. Rather then write every dealer (I'll do it if I have to) if anyone can put me on to someone who sources bracelets, I'd be very grateful. I know The Zigmeister is up to his eyeballs until June. Can anyone recommend anyoneelse to service and adjust these A7750s? After demagnetizing them, the time keeping is far better than expected, but I think that with a good servicing, they would perform better and last longer. I'd also like to have the Cyclops and date wheel modified, if it can be done. Any thoughts or suggestions will be very welcome. Thanks! Apex

NoGeorge, I am not defaming or alluding to anything about PT or Watchstation. Somehow, the link got crossed up (it does legitimately happen)and I wound up, VERY FORTUNATELY, at the site of a reputable dealer. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar and unnerving experience? I accessed the Polo website directly from the link on RWG. Not that that explains, defines or otherwise concludes anything. I'm VERY thanknful to have received the beautiful Zenith rep I ordered. Right out of the box, it is keeping time at +4 seconds PER DAY. Dumb luck on my part. Will post some photos when I can get out from under my current workload. Apex

No, you are most decidedly NOT screwed. The addy you have paid to is Polo's correct addy. He will be very courteous and helpful to you. I am waiting to purchase something from him myself. I'm the guy who posted the info about the site hijack. BTW, the watch I received from WatchStation, which I had thought I ordered from Polo is teriffic. The only complaint is the Cyclops, which, I'm sure The Zigmeister can straighten out when he comes up for air in June.

Here's the latest: After several attemots to get info from swift1688, I was finally directed to a website called iwatchstation.com. I tried logging in~~this site, like all the others, will not accept my password, although it acknowledges that my user name exists. Go figure... This am I received another e mail, telling me that the firm also operates the Puretimewatch.com website. I can't log in there, either. WTF? I have learned that the watch I ordered is coming from a legit dealer. I have learned that these folks are, at best, short on conversation, although good info is good info, notwithstanding. I received no word from then until I wrote them on 16 April asking for order confirmation or the refund of my payment. I have also learned that I have NO idea how I wound up at their website. My records indicate that the first time I visited either of them was yesterday (I placed the order on 12 April). I've been in the computer business for the past 20 years,so I suppose nothing should surprise me. That said, a great deal of angst could have been eliminated with speedier response from the dealer. And so it goes...

The crux of the biscuit was how someone new to the obsession might feel REALLY humiliated because of what appears to be the offhand (Man...you're NAIVE)offering up of your condolences. Youngsters are quite frequently found to have rather thin skins. I am looking forward with great interest to viewing what arrives in the post. It has been my experience that more than one payment addy isn't unusual, especially for anything coming out of Guangzhong (also known as Replica Mecca... you've not been there, you owe it to yourself. The total sensory overload is PROFOUND!)given their up and down safety in the marketplaces, official "sweeps" by the local constsables to shut them down, so on. I have also seen two people using the same email address (do you remember Watchlover David?) as another watchguy from Canada named Ted. I will post pictures. Interstingly enough, entering my username and password results in an error. I find this strange as Polo told me he had reset my password because I had mailed him telling I was having trouble with the site. Stay tuned...Apex

I bought a Zenith Defy Extreme Chrono RG/Kevlar Strap from Prowatch.polo.com. I paid to an address listed on the website using PayPal. I communicated with Polo through his e mail address prowatch.polo@gmail.com. I have recently learned that Polo does NOT post a PayPal address on his website. He comminucates with individual buyers and provides an address for payment on an individual basis. PayPal lists the recipient of my payment as 陳佩玲. This translates to Chen Peiling, an individual who is not connected to Polo in any way. I am awaiting my "purchase" from Chen Peiling. It should be interesting to see what I get for my USD523, including shipping. I expect it will be significantly different from the watch I discussed with the real Polo. This is very disturbing, as it damages a decent and helpful seller's reputation. It is my intention to charge the fake recipient with fraud through PayPal. I only hope these people can be caught and stopped before they destroy the real Polo's reputation. Anyone with any collateral information or experiences like this are encouraged to post to this thread. Please PM me for further details.
