I think this is a good idea but to make it really work efficiently, these pictures, rep-ratings and great stuff like onzenuub's list of reviews (plus the actual reviews themselves) should all be moved to a separate "Rep-Review" section.

My choice for Friday...

With all due respect...this is probably the fastest way to burn money.

The reason for the higher cost is that you bought Bergeon tools. They are very good but also not cheap. Like with any tools you buy, you can go different routes. If you just plan to remove one link from a submariner bracelett, you don't need Bergeon screwdrivers. However, if you are serious about this hobby, good tools are paramount.
Have fun...

Nice watch.... wear it well.

Are the screwdown pushers for show as they are on the Ebel 1911? Meaning you don't have to u screw them to use.
At least on the quality version, they are screwdown.

I have a CC and I love the rubber strap. The Carlos Coste rep is already a heavy watch and with a bracelett, it is will be more like a workout-weight. Remember that the gen has a Titanium case &bracelett, while the rep's case (and bracelett - if you can get one from another watch) is brushed steel.
On the other hand, you could very well have bought the gen rubber strap (of the Oris Diver Series) and have put that on your gen CC cause you liked it. Every once in a while I wear my gen Crosswind or B1 on a Breitling rubber strap, though none of the two are sold with it.

Nice find....thx for sharing.

Just changed to this for Sunday.... (sorry for the old shot)

Looks very convincing. Nice work. Just exchange that one crappy CG screw...

Just a quick shot.... some could not join as they currently reside in the parts-box...

Saw your other Doxa post... so it's probably the 750T, cooling off from the fire...

... a Doxa SUB 5000T Seaconqueror Professional?
Deep Freeze instead of Deep Sea?

Nice review D4M. This watch looks really classy. Too bad my lady is strictly into men's watches....

Still this one...

As said by Ds - the arrow indicates the direction in which the pin has to be forced out. To reinsert, reverse the direction. Don't try this without proper tools. They are not really expensive and you can use them for all your pin-based bracelets.

Cool - I love it.

Nice. Thanks for the time and effort. May I respectfully suggest to put all steps into one post next time?

V3 swiss from PT.. Perfect Blue Lume, exactly the same on each part. I'll post pictures tomorrow.
Cheers,
A.
Ditto here. Delivered two weeks ago.

I was working on the DSSD bracelet on the weekend and so I put the watch on a black nato. Now I actually prefer this look...

Yes, this should not be a problem. If you feel comfortable to uncase you watch, you can do this yourself - but I would recommend to have it done by a pro if you have no experience.

This one for today....

The trick whitestripes posted is the most efficient one. Nonetheless, the strap is a bi@ch to install.
How to take away the cyclop on a submariner
in The Rolex Area
Posted
Yes it will, if you make sure that there is no lint between the crystal and the cyclops. The heat treatment works well, just be careful if you have a crystal with AR.
