I'm glad you did! What a great post. In the past couple of years I moved to Panerai but am now back home to Rolex. So comfortable! I wish I had the talent to do my own mods. I have ruined so may watches trying to mod them. I love this Comex and the great work that went into it!

Great new strap maker. Super communication. My iPhone pictures do not do this strap justice. The canvas pouch the strap came in is from an old tarp. The color of the pouch is actually brown. It has waxed thread to close it. Not sure why the pics came out so different. The strap is a a blackish brownish antique look.

Just finished a Diesel Shorty. I thoroughly enjoyed the last 1.5 hours with it outside in my back yard with an iced coffee.

I love it! The strap is matched well for this watch. I wish I could afford to do a project like this. At least I can live vicariously through you!

I aged my hands by not using any lotion for the last 10 years. Now they are all old and leathery looking!

Really great trick and all, but what about the lume? The dial appears to move when he goes to wind it...does this mean the dial feet a broken off? The final question...can I wear it in the pool?
