  1. Thanks redwatch for your input.

would the 1 mm thickness difference be a problem? would putting the view caseback from the 359 on the 360 case help? is that even possible?

and when you say the CG would be wrong are you talking about the lack of TM REG on the 360's? or is there something else?

the lugs aren't a problem as I always use straps..

or is there be a better PVD/DLC auto movement case that would be a better swap?

OR.... ha sorry... so many questions. I wouldn't be in this boat if I could find a nice SANDWICH dial PVD/DLC with a CG.. most of them are sausage or lack CG

    Thanks again

  2. Hi all,

I have question... Would it be possible to switch the dial, hands, and movement from a 359 into the new 360 case?

I really want a PVD/DLC 359 but to get it I would have to spend $300+ on the coating... so I was thinking that for the same price I could have 2 beautiful watches.

Is it possible? I know that the 359 is about 18mm thick and the 360 is 17mm.

    Please help

    Thanks, iAn

  3. The 359 has only recenlty been updated and is looking MUCH better.

When you say recently, are you talking earlier this year?

I read that there is a noob 359 coming out in the next month or so and I am wondering if it will be worth the wait

  4. Ya thanks, Rolli was nice enough to send me his info... he does fantastic work but the process is quite costly for only one case.. (no reflection on him)

I think I'll try to find another couple of members who need his services as well so we can go in together.

I haven't talked to Avitt.. is he easy to find?

    Thanks again

  5. stunning watch! Absolutely beautiful... I hope you enjoy it for many years.

My last PVD run is taking place next month, it's the end of an era.

Mr Zig what does "last run" mean? Will you still take on PVD orders for a while? If not, can you recommend anyone?

ps - thank you for all the wonderful work you do

  6. Hi, I've tried searching for answers but I can't find them... can you help?

I'm thinking of purchasing a Pannie and getting it PVD'd... who would be able to do it?

Can you PVD titanium? like a 177H?

I always thought I would only want nice shiny watches but now I'm drawn to matte finished PVDs with big thick brown leather straps..

I've tried to find a PVD model that I love but haven't been able to find one.

I'm leaning toward a PAM359M V2.. I know it's not traditional to PVD such a model but the heart wants what the heart wants..

    something like this:
