  1. What else have you gathered for this project?
  2. The 1680's and 1665 cases are different construction, not sure on dial size.
  3. Yep......... gen Rolex and Tudor dials fit fine...the dial in mine is gen (along with the crystal and crown)
  4. Hand color/patina looks good Frank!
  5. Seamaster today
  6. Pretty cool! I would want the seller to confirm refund if it wasn't gen before I bid. There are just so many cobbled watches out there like mine Shouldn't be too much to get a new crystal and service. I have never seen a 563 in a sm300 before, anyone else?
  7. My 5512 from Josh turned into a Tudor

    Tudor Jumbo

Your Tudor rocks J! It's one of my favorites of yours! I'm guessing wingding happened with autospell when they were setting up the printing How embarrassing to be selling that on a gen forum....lol
  9. I don't think this Tudor Jumbo for sale at VRF is stock Do you guys see anything unusual? http://www.network54.com/Forum/207673/thread/1318846510/FS+Rolex+Tudor+Jumbo+90800 (I'm not familar with the "wingding" rotor system )
  10. Yeah your cg's look great
  11. As you have probably noticed, the old bracelets use is different type of endlink that's permanent. There's the endlink, a midpiece, and the springbar. There is also a center piece that wraps around the whole mess holding it to the main bracelet. Both of my vintage 19mm bracelets have this system and each came with a broken midpiece. I have the new parts now and I will let my jeweler put it together. One of my bracelets has one aftermarket endlink..so they exist..but I have no idea where you'd find them let alone the correct daytona part
  12. ..ooops..I missread your post I see the issue. My 7205 has the clasp with the coronet on the end like your second picture. I do have a 19mm folded that has the first clasp.. like yours. As for endlinks, they are rare as hens teeth.
  13. Looks all good to me. I have the same one. The reason the clasp is 13mm is because the 7205 is 19mm. 7206 is 20mm like the Yuki.
  14. I'm awake!
  15. Looks great guys! Long live plexi's and lugholes!
  16. Not from the US but to....was about 7 days

    Fantasy Blue

Congrats! That is one fine watch J, That dial really shimmers in real life I bet. (we have to fix that pearl!)
  18. Nice milgauss!
  19. I was researching SD's deep in the archives here awhile back, and found a really good review from a member that did go deepsea diving with a pro crew. He took his SSD and it held up fine. His buddys were amazed.. and so was I reading that. Decompression and all, his rep held up fine.
  20. I went crazy and bought a pair, I discovered I only needed two, but I still don't know what the name of them is, nor did the seller. They are 18mm for replacement on 19mm bracelets.
  21. you can just slip that brown one in my package (awesome watches btw)
  22. Are there better out there? I have always thought they were the only ones available, other than epoxy mods.
  23. Yep, I concur......you have bears. BIG BEARS!
