Sorry to dig up an old post but I purchased the 43mm day/date from watch international and absolutely love the watch. Was wondering if there has been a revised version with proper silver screws in the back (to replace the blue ones) and also the correct 'G' for the logo

Hi guys, I have been looking for to purchase a Gen Tag Monaco for the past few weeks as there does not appear to be any reps which come close to the Gen. I found this example on Ebay and was wondering if you guys/gals could kindly tell me if you think this is a Gen item or a rep. This watch was my first rep purchase and I went through Mary in securing it after doing some research on these forums. Great communication and answered all my questions. Did not look at the other vendors, in terms of pricing I would assume they would all be closely priced. On another note, I wear the watch quite often and the bracelet is all scratched, could someone kindly recommend where I could take/send the watch to be polished, movement serviced and the blue screws replaced to silver ones and proper/better 'tag heuer' logo inserted?

Would anyone know if there is a good rep of this Monaco then?

Hi guys, 2012 is just around the corner so am looking for a new daily watch! Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of sourcing a good rep of the Tag Heuer Monaco Sixty Nine. Has anyone purchased a rep of this watch before? Any flaws in comparison to the genuine etc. Do the reps have the deployment clasp like that of the genuine? If not, where could I source the genuine strap+deployment clasp. The gen watch uses a quartz movement so I guess this Monaco would be fairly easy to replicate?

Hey there, I have been following and reading these forums for a few months now, pretty much since after I picked up my first rep watch a Tag Carrera Day/Date. I'm now looking for another watch to add to the collection. The IWC 3717 caught my eye, I love the styling and design of the watch and after reading some threads and seeing pictures of what other members here have posted, I'm sold! I have been in touch with 'Watch International' Mary regarding sourcing the watch as that was who I dealt with in securing the Tag. She has sent across some QC pics, could you guys kindly have a look and let me know if it all checks out? Also would like to do the 'usual' mods. there have been a few names mentioned in some of the threads I have read but could you guys indicate how much it would cost to have these parts assembled/added to the watch? Taka AR Day/Date Wheels Service Perhaps Genuine dial Kevlar Strap with deployment clasp On with the pictures, IWC 3717 with A7750. Thanks!

Great thread, I'm new to rep watch game and have been admiring the IWC 3717. About to pull the trigger and purchase one through watch international 'Mary', and do the mods as mentioned in this thread. However, where/who on the forum can service the watch? Can I ask, where can I source the IWC leather strap with deployment buckle, is this a gen part only? Thanks

Who would be the best dealer/trader to buy this watch through? I have read the survey thread and hontwatch seems to have pretty good feedback?
