Since you have problems reading and comprehending perhaps this is the time to illuminate you what section of the forum this is that I posted my message with the best interests of my fellow man in mind and nothing else. Yellomen, the lite version is still an outstanding rep watch, and the ice bang in particular is one you will be happy with no doubt. For me the extras like the ceramic bezel andd AR mean a lot. The look of the polished ceramic is simply classic. For myself, it adds tremendously to the overall aesthetics of design. I did not mean to infer you were not getting a great watch.

It is a beauty. Trusty has a few good VC watches. Once I had to tell sombody that the VC watch was not made by the Viet Cong.

I rather like the TT with white dial, although the stainless is also beautiful. I just tried a couple of them on at Roman Times about 3 hours ago. This would be my first B&M.

You are right on that Ryyannon. Just today I spoke to someone with firsthand knowledgeof this incident and the two kids were indeed shooting sling shot objects at the tiger, provoking it to the point where it actually jumped up using the kids legs as a ladder. The boy killed ran in to try and protect his idiot buddies, ( the fatally mauled boy was also at fault) and killed by the angry cat as he attempted to pull the tiger off his brother and friend. Caged animals like the Siberian Tiger are much wiser than people think, and are probably not to thrilled with the life that has been forced upon them. A few stupid a-holes being cruel to such a beautiful animal got just what they deserved. A Darwin award for stupidity is justified, however with the cruelty factor, I'm not so sure.

(As long as your name is not Biver, Margolis, or an agent thereof.) They know who is an established member here. I just ordered the Rg ceramic HBB for a friend, like the one I have. He has over 50 gen watches, some more than 30K and he was blown away by the quality of my HBB. As said before, there is a big reason why there is so much controversy over these reps. They are that good, and I am not talking about the "lite" versions or the "King" or really anything under $500.00. They are nice for sure, but those higher end versions are the ones to get as they do indeed kick ass !

You can order this from davidsen with a Sapphire crystal. The plexi is fine. It is not available as an automatic nor should it be, for as an accurate rep. it must be a hand wind like the gen. On a full wind it will last 2 1/2 to 3 days. The 249 is a great Panerai and a classic design.

Thanks for the memories Lanikai, ever since I was a keiki, we had Sunday Brunch at the Halekulani, before it was rebuilt, and a few times after. Best Brunch in Waikiki on Sunday. Lunch at the Surf Room Buffet in the Royal Hawaiian was also a near daily occurance as Mom's art gallery was in the hotel. The "Chucks Cellar" on Lewers served the most ono teriyaki sirloin ever, as did the original in Kailua. Hoooo....Broke da mout.

Anyway you look at it, thats an assful of booze.
