  1. What has been screwed up can be screwed down. Aske your dealer for a crystal replacement. Might be a good time to switch to sapphire. Much more durable for the next time you happen to screw up.
  2. Sometimes the plastic/rubber material used in these straps can have an irritating effect on the skin. It is a cvhemical reaction, and yes if your hand is going numb, it is too tight. Try a bit of talcum or baby powder on the inside of the strap. It might help.
  3. Festive format, is this the same one as last year? It seems better for some reason.
  4. 111 for Monday. May all your Mondays be without rashes and grouchy hookers.
  5. We are ALL like that you goofy broad. What did you think this website was about?
  6. Though it is hard to see while you are in the midst of it, adversity often makes us stronger and better people. Best wishes to you through this holiday season.
  7. Interesting how well good leather ages. That is one hell of a nice strap V. Just one hole I see. I suppose when all is said and done, a guy only really needs one good hole.
  8. She is a very pretty woman but she was not the one. I see nothing wrong at all with how the watch is worn whether it be loose, tight, or upside down. To each his or her own.
  9. The stuff actually smells good, so you could use it as an air freshener and at the same time have some fun hallucinations.
  10. I suppose I am lucky in that none of my rep purchases have caused me to consider quitting the hobby out of discouragement. To the contrary, each purchase has propelled my brain to further seek out new and better watches. Dear God I need help!
  11. I have been waiting for that bracelet to be repped. It is really an excellent design. What would be great is if these bracelets could be made in rose gold also and sold seperately. Nice to change out the rubber one from time to time.
  12. Don't forget to wind your watches children..
  13. I don't think he was calling you out Fireman, seems many cannot pronouce Panerai correctly. I find my self wanting to say "panairy", but always it does come out correctly at "pan-air-eye". It is almost a bit of a tounge twister, and while more and more people are becoming familiar with the watch brand, many are not, and not mispronouncing it, simply say "cool watch there".
  14. Pug, you know precicely the point I am trying to make here. Yes millions have had gotten their knickers all twisted up in the name of christianity for thousands of years and still do. The present wave of extremeism and violence however in THIS century is related in direct proportion to the exclusive group of bastards who call themselves Muslim fundamentalists, Jihadists, etc. Once more you like to pick apart semantics and creat a side argument just for the sake of arguing and nothing else.
  15. 95% of acts of terrorism, the greatest number of murders, human suffering, degradation, torture, and execution of women are done in the name of Islam. Fu*k those insane, deluded co*ksu*kers and may they burn in hell. Twice. The majority of the suffering in the world today falls directly into the arms of islamic fundamentalists who could give a spit about the rights and beliefs of anyone else. These horrible excuses for human beings are bringing down our world to the level of the dark ages .What is good and decent in the world is constantly under attack by these sick and deluded whack jobs and it is the responsibility of other members of Islam to root them out, ostrasize and punish them rather than be silent, and pretend that their religion is under attack, and lash out at those who are rightfully outraged by the actions of these fly face mutants. No one in their right mind would even think of demanding a middle age teacher be exectuted if she named a teddy bear 'God' or 'Jesus Christ'.
  16. After purusing my strap collection, which are many due to a loss of sanity during Elliots Christmas extravaganza last year, I spotted this Mario Paci. Don't even recall what it is, but it looks nice on the fiddy.
  17. Gee Hambone, thats really interesting. Thanks for sharing this amazing tale .
  18. Kids no, but Condoleeza Rice is here monitoring this post 24/7. She has deemed it to be an international fiasco of average significance.
  19. Today there were about a thousand protesters at the ministry of justice demanding that this woman, a kindly educator who molds the fragile minds of young children, be executed because she dared to name the kids teddy bear Mohammed, which is a generic name in islam, much the same as 'John ' is in western society. How can there even be a God if he does not smote these stupid, stupid jackoffs with lightning bolts right up there arseholes?
  20. I seem to hear, my Fiddy calling me..... Saturday, the HBB.
  21. Today I spoke to a pleasant couple from London, and noticed the rather large watch on the lady. It sure as heck looked like a Panerai and I asked "Is that a Panerai or a Buick?" She said yes, it was in fact a 104 automatic and that anyone who inquires, which is rare asks the very same question. She said they were hard to find in London, mostly at Harrods. I complimented her on her superb taste in watches, offered them a glimpse of my HBB, which made them smile, and directed them to Tourneau which has a new large inventory of Panerai and Ferrari watches. They were ready to get another. It was interesting to see a woman wearing a gen Pam 104. Although it looked large, it looked pretty damn good, and very stylish on the lady.
  22. The correct size screw driver, a pair of magnifying glasses, as those suckers are tiny, hard to see, hence the scrathes, and a steady hand. Also, if you put cushion in a small vise and gently hold the watch in place, no prob. Don't change straps after a twelve pack.
  23. Sleepiing with a 9 year old was the farthest thing from my mind. Did my comment unleash some cradle robbing fetish there Vic? Was merely making jest of your compunction to award so many 'merit badges' to so many posts. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Kind of cute and twisted at the same time.
  24. How does being 32 years old merit a gold star? Victoria, did you used to be an elementary school teacher?
