I was just in that store 2 hours ago and they are pretty much sold out of Panerai watches. They had only 3 and the desk clock on display. The Tourneau store is a mere 5 minute walk from my workplace, so it it is a frequent that I visit, and yes it is the biggest watch store in the USA. Don't miss it if you are in Vegas.

This happens to ne the very first rep I ever purchased, a Breitling Bentley.

I have tried to buy reps in Japan and even posted the same question here 8 months ago. There are a very few out of the way places in Osaka and Tokyo, but the prices are too high and quality too low. You are much better off working with the dealers here. This has been my experience after much research.
