  1. It's likely that the retaining screw has become detached for the retaining plate it will proberbly need the dial and hands removing to re attach. Ore you tighten the screw and it's solved. Easy solved. It was also the case with one of my watches. Haven't done it before but it's really easy. Good luck.
  2. I need jewels for a 5year old watch. A little project to learn servicing and to restore the movement. By one of the jewels is a point where the gear falls in to much off, the watch doesn't function anymore as it should. A great way to learn servicing en to take it all apart and to put it back in. I hope someone knows where I can buy jewels.
  3. I have fixed it with the site that rolojack recommend. It was easy to fix. I have thorn the watch apart and putted everything back in. Never done it but it's really easy. I want to service An old 183 rep en put new jewels in. Just to learn something about it. Does anybody know where I can buy new jewels? Greets
  4. Hey folks, I was wandering what kind of oil to use for servicing? I guess it is for sale on eBay. Thanks Greeting, Harm
  5. Yes, I already tried that. But it doesn't work....
  6. This is what i mean... Is there something loose? Thanks guys
  7. Hey Guy's, The crown of my radiomir 360 comes out. I can't fix it with tightening or loosening the screw that suppose to do the job. Is there something i do wrong? I just got it in today and at the first time i opened it it came out. Beautiful watch but sad that it doesn't work. I received the Quality pics and on the pictures it was working fine. Is there an easy way to fix this. I don't want to wait another long time before it comes back of andrew... greetings Harm
  8. I've ordered one. I only wear radiomirs, it's my kind of watch. When it comes in it will get a gen strap (brown). I think I will get gen lugs. You can see the difference between them in the corners. 5 years ago I got my first radiomir 183, and it still runs superb. Actually I wear this watch the most. Then I bought a gen 288 for my wedding. And I have a 292 rep, so this 380 is more then welcome.
  9. Guy's, I know that the ceramic cases/body's are made in the Netherlands. In a city called Deventer. The raw material (half product) that is and the finishing touch is made by Panerai. Greets
  10. Here the pics of the radiomir with genuine strap. I must sat that its great on the wrist. Greets, Harm
  11. Thanks again, it seems that the strap who repleced this strap is a croc. The seller told me that before i posted this topic. I'm buying ir for only 60,- euro. I think thats cheap. It's also new so.... Wrist pics are coming.
  12. Thanks guy's. Im meeting the seller on friday. It's a real bargain. Thanks for the info. Greets.
  13. Guys, I found a strap on the internet but i'm not surr id it's a gen panerai strap. I hope some of you can tel if it's gen or rep. Thanks, Greetz Harm
  14. Yes mate, you need to turn the small screw above the smaller gear wheel a quarter to half a turn When you post a better pic (higher resolution) i can poont it out for you. Greets
  15. Hey guys, What does it cost to pvd / ceramify a pam 212 and where to do it? I'm fashinated by the watch that stalone had on his wrist in thw movie the expendables. Greets
  16. nope, the scews don't come lose. The screws push the inner case away from the outer case. Then the lugs come lose, because it creates a gap between the outer case and inner case. Normaly the lugs are pressed on to the outercase true the inner case where the screws are in. See the pictues above. I hope it's more clear to you mate. greets
  17. Yes, What took you so long. What where you thinking, they don't come to you at there own mate!!!
  18. Advice. Try to get as mutch glue between the metal and ceramic. Ruffen the metal a bit with a screwdriver. The glue can easiely be removed with à paper tissue so you can put a lot of glue in the seam / ridge. I think i'm going To order longer screws, The lugs need those. Greets
  19. Hey Guy's, What do you think. I swapped 2 movement in my rads. The mattend movement from my 183 whent in my 292 and reversed. In my opinion the 193 is now more GEN like, and its C3 lumed. I think its great on the 183, nice on the 292 but not GEN like. It's not good to see in the pics but the 183 has a darker and a little bit shinier dial.
  20. I ordered the glue witch PeteM advised (Araldite). It came in today. Now i glued is together and it seems to be holding very well. I also put an other movement in the watch, one with a mattend dial and with higher bpm. The other movement is more shiny and darker. I have putted it in my 183 witch looks now more gen in my opinion.
  21. Yes, the movement has a swan neck regulator it's not older than a year, no scratches, it runs good, no mods. It has the strap and buckle shown on the site of andrew. Thanks
  22. Are there things to watch out for? It the fiddy of Andrews site, the one for $295,=
  23. Hey Guys, I was wandering: Is 190,= euro Expensive for an used PAM 127 Fiddy with Swan Neck? A can buy it second hand, but it isn't used a lot because the wrist of the other person is to small. I thinik it's a good deal, especialy if it's almost brand new. what do you think. Greets
