Paul's website seems to be down alot. I think he takes it down for updates, etc. so I wouldn't worry about it. I've been waiting for my watch since the 1st March so I'm pretty annoyed too! But, as the guys say, this isn't a legal trade so you always take a risk when buying from any dealer.........I've just ordered another watch but this time from Joshua and received a tracking number the very next day, he also answers emails within a couple of hours too.

Does any know if they come oiled? Or will I have to do this myself?

Cheers for that, I've just ordered the movement. I'm going to have a go at replacing it myself.

Is this the movement that the Noobmariner uses?

One other thing, can you supply this watch TTK? and is it the same one that Paul supplies? Cheers

Ok, now it looks like my Panerai is on it's way from Paul I've already started thinking about my next purchase(s) Firstly the Franck Muller Casablanca which I think is a stunning watch and for a bit of a laugh the Patek Moon Watch. Now I know the Patek is cheap and no one will ever take you seriously wearing a watch that retails for over half a million pounds - but does anyone here own this rep? And is it any good? Cheers

Ok, now almost two weeks after my order with Paul. Emailed him several times and no response. My friend has emailed him about a watch he's interested in and he has replied to both his enquiries within 24 hours. He has obviously read my messages but is refusing to reply to them. Doesn't look too good guys. From what I've read about Paul it looks like he's back to his old tricks again..............

I ordered my Panerai from Paul a week ago and haven't heard anything since. I sent him an email on Monday just checking if the order is going through ok. No response. I know you have to be patient with these guys but my last watch was from TTK and he was great with communication. It states on his website he'll respond to emails within 30 minutes. Should I be concerned?

I sent money via the Western Union website. After you place an order with him you'll get all the details you'll need to send the money. Not sure if he's on holiday at the moment because I ordered mine last week and haven't received a tracking number yet. As we any of these dealers though, I think patience is the key.

Hello all, I ordered a Panerai from Paul on Thursday and haven't heard anything from him yet. I've read through reviews and everyone seems to get a tracking number from him within a day or so. Any ideas how long I should wait before emailing him to chase it up?

My noobmariner does exactly the same as this in exactly the same place. Think I'll email TTK for a replacement too...

I'd like to replace to movement in my noobmariner with an eta. Has anyone done this already? Also any recommedations on where to purchase one would be most welcome. Cheers!

Ok, strange issue. If the watch is horizontal (i.e. on my wrist whilst I am looking down on it or when I hold the watch upside down) the sweep of the second hand is perfectly fine. But when the watch is vertical (on it's side) the second hand stutters on one half of the dial (the other side is fine and if you turn the watch round, etc it's always the same area that stutters). Any ideas? Or is it knackered?

Replace with an eta sounds the way to go then. The watch keeps perfect time, it's more of an annoyance than anything. Funny thing is before this I had a cheap £25 rep from ebid and that sweeps without issues!

Hi all, Got a quick question about the movement on my rep. It stutters and ticks (instead of sweeps) but only between the 2 and 6 hour markers, the rest of the sweep is fine. Now would you say that the watch just needs servicing/oiling? Thanks!

Also, has anyone had one his reps for a long period of time? It's just that I'd like to wear it everyday and don't want something that looks nice but falls to bits, wears out, etc after a couple of months!
