  1. I just would like to say that the dealer has been very helpful so far - I am not complaining about him - I just did not know how to deal with issues like these as I am new here. I do not think that the dealer saw the scratch as it is caused by the moving second hand and it is getting more prominent as time goes by. It will probably stop scratching at some point. Thank you for pointing out that you would ask him to change the watch for a new one. I guess the old one should arrive in China before he sends a new one - right?
  2. Yes - I got QC pics but this was not visible.
  3. The dealer has offered to check and 'service' it a few minutes ago. Should I ask for a replacement right away? If not - do you have any experience with how long this 'servicing' takes? -seppili
  4. Hello everyone, I was so happy when my first Panerai (purchased from a trusted dealer) arrived yesterday. Unfortunately I could see scratches on the dial right away. They are caused by the second hand which is too low on one end. I really need some advice as it is my first 'ultimate' rep and I am quite disappointed. What should I do? Do you think the scratches are permanent or do you think that a watchsmith will be able to fix this? I do not really want to spend money on a watchsmith who will not be able to help... . Do I simply have to live with this as it is a rep? Regards, -seppili
