    I like to give the small watchsmiths the business. Most mall places will do it for a fee. I find some kiosks to employee people who know nothing about watches.

    I'm just curious, why does it seem like everyone must get their watches sized at the small, local watchsmith as opposed to the mall jewelers?

    Do mall jewelers rough up reps when trying to size them?

    I disagree. I know, because i work there I am biased. Yes you can go cheaper online but if you have a problem, you COULD be screwed. I apologize for the salesperson not calling over for you. The best practice is to have them call and hold. As for the brick, Well some Ahole customer did that. I have even had MANY chumps try to screw us. You dont think they said they got it "like that". The Man, PM me and I will get you a good deal. I agree with what was said. "Never pay full retail."
