I like to give the small watchsmiths the business. Most mall places will do it for a fee. I find some kiosks to employee people who know nothing about watches.

Of those two, I would go with the IWC. Get the Tag Link chrono, much better in my opinion.

I disagree. I know, because i work there I am biased. Yes you can go cheaper online but if you have a problem, you COULD be screwed. I apologize for the salesperson not calling over for you. The best practice is to have them call and hold. As for the brick, Well some Ahole customer did that. I have even had MANY chumps try to screw us. You dont think they said they got it "like that".
