Pure time and Toro both get from the same supplier right?

Was really looking forward to getting one but seeing all this I'm now having second thoughts :-(

Was about to order from puretime but backed out in the end. Tried to email them on stock availability but no reply. Can i ask what site is toro or marvellous? Thanks
