How about the chronos... do they work well and reset right? Seems 3 oclock is not pointing straight up but maybe just not reset?

As long as you know... yes it does seem women with big watches is the next in thing. I think the value of a swiss eta is much better than getting the quartz so if she will be ok with it then I think it's the better way to go.

I am interested in the 10 seconds out of sync thing... I thought the hands were driven by the same quartz movement that ran the digital portion... how could that come out of sync?

If she is ok with the bigger one then that's good, but I believe the 38mm Auto is the "Mans" version of the watch... the ladies is a smaller quartz as per gen.

So will trusty/perfect RG versions come with RG hands or SS hands?

I am no expert for sure, but just off the top of my head it seems that moving the seconds from 9 to 12 should only require a little tinkering and a few gears unlike moving all the way around to 6... I would think not as much stress as seconds at 6...

I assume they use 8 instead of 10 minutes since it does balance the hands (at 8 minutse after the hour the hour hand will be just a bit past the 10 so makes sense to be a bit before the 2 mark).

Well low funds are forcing me to wait for now, but hopefully other things to look foward too will be the different versions and I am still holding a little hope they will make the metal/rubber bracelet.

It does seem a bit high price for Asian 7750 but if the AR is as good as it's supposed to be and details are as accurate as they appear I think it's not an unreasonably high price... would really like to see the metal bracelet though. Sad that won't be comming.

I know this info is out there, I am just not finding it so if anyone can help appreciated... I know moving the seconds to 6 on 7750 is just asking for trouble, but is there a significant difference in reliability for 6 9 12 vs 3 6 9 subdial layouts as long as seconds are at 9? Thanks!
