To the OP...no they didn't fix the horrendous AR on the cyclops.....The best cyclops still is from the V3.5.......All later versions the cyclops was a downgrade.

It came with a triplock (3 dots) rep crown

So is it safe to assume that we can replace it with a gen triplock crown or ANY rep triplock crown?

Depending on age, the 6263 was fitted with either Twinlock (early) or Triplock crowns (later). Golds will be pricey, so be prepared. Tube should match whichever crown you use (the part of the tubes that screw into the case are the same). Typically, the crown seller will have tubes, or you can get them from most of the watch parts houses.

Is there a way to tell which crown (twinlock or triplock) came on my DW 6263 gold, just by looking at it.

True. I had a gen Sinn U2 stolen in the mail (I think it was UPS) I eventually bought another one.

Just an illusion mate....The DW position cannot change because it's still the modified A7750 inside.

Yeah could be a smudge or a scratch...it's best to ask the TD to look again and resend pics if it were a smudge....About the ring on the caseback, it maybe the sticker on the back....best again to confirm with td....Also it won't hurt to ask for side profile shots as sometimes there is a scratch on the side that you'd not like to see.....

Any recommendations where I can get a Santos 100 Chrono WITH the correct color carbouchon ? Most of the sites I've been to (Pure,Toros, Trusty..) show pics where the rep has that light blue color carbouchon rather than a deep dark indigo . Dead giveaway on casual inspection if you ask me. Thanks

I just bought an Ultimate from Toro...the Cabouchon is dark and looks real......I am sure if you asked the other dealers (or the dealer of your choice) they'd be able to get it too.....

Every dealer is out of stock at the moment.....The downside is they are not even committing when they'd get their next stock.....

He's relisting them as soon as he sells them which means he's got plenty of straps in stock...I would say those are rep straps.
