The pushers are incidental although if you're using a DSN case, you need to shorten the shanks. You also have to muck with the case clamps quite a bit, DSN does not have gen like mounting. The movement you're looking at has a screw and spring type mounting system that is not drilled through the main plate. In order to mount in a DSN case you need to either drill and tap the main plate or fabricate very thin L shaped clamps and then slightly mill the case back to fit.

you need a dial side pic too, as the VJ72 also has it's variants.
looks like a 72 from this pic.

I have one that I bought on ebay loooong ago. I think it's an old DW.
-
Ry,
I have these. Feel free to PM me.
Mike
Damn, wish I knew. I just ordered a crown set from you, and the day and date from a supply house.

$4K is not the cheapest PAM, even if you don't count Ferraris

although there are a couple of plastic components in the 7750 (Swiss and Asian) that don't get a L&R bath.

cool - now get the 1:1 case from ETASWISS and you have an 100% 1:1 Sub
Who is ETASWISS?

Do they have a website or something? Where can I find them?
Thanks!
Orloff and Gunny are on Repgeek.

For Croc, try Mario at Orloff straps.
For great leather try Peter Gunny.

I can imagine that you could make a new dial by using water transfer marks. I belive somebody in here used it for a Space dweller project.
You can't print white on a typical printer for waterside, you need an Alps or similar with white ink.
No legitimate dial refinishers that I know of will change a dial to make it a different model. They get asked all the time and sometimes have a statement about it on their site.

anyone have a cross reference between the Miyota and the DG part nos?
-
The auto bridge screws are available from Cousins and Jules Borel.
That screw should be recessed. As an aside, I replaced one with a DG screw before which was a perfect fit.

Thanks Ubi. What is that crown in that photo? It has way more rubber seals on it than what mine has!
Looks like a gen auto grown.

Yes, you are correct.
I never fully understood what happened with the old site.

It's been a few years. I have been over at RG for a while and don't really see the need to read the same posts on two forums. I have been a member here since '04 I think. Time to finally get my post count back up on the "new" RWG.

You can use them in a drill press, lathe, mill, hand drill, etc.
I'm buying a center drill then. Nice tip.

I dont see the diff ?
+1. Even with the second explanation.
-
What's the Valjoux you used, 72?
-
To clarify, basic paint sheens are:
flat/matte (same thing) usually 5-20 degree reflectivity
satin usually 20-40 degree
semi gloss usually 40-70 degree
gloss usually 70-90 degree
reflectivity varies by manufacturer and there are other sheens sometimes in between, for example low-lustre, or eggshell.

So you want to tell us you have some more info on that? Please share then.
Read on in the post.
This guy posted the same thing a couple years ago. Not only is this REALLY improbable, but the exact same thing happened to another friend of his? Not possible.

OxiClean (OxyClean?) is used to give Titanium a darker finish
I don't want a titanium watch, but that's cool.
-
Yeah, can you imagine leaving an ultra rare watch like that in a taxi? Not paying attention to such item? CRAZY.
Nobody left that watch in a taxi...

EXCELLENT WORK!! Cant wait to get my dial lumed!
Did that work out for you?
You won't be disappointed, I still have my Zig lumed 111 from three years ago and I imagine he's better now.
-
Zigmeister...i sent you a PM and it went through now. Let me know if you are interested in luming a dial for me.
Thanks
Relax and wait. The Zigmeister is a great guy who gets overworked and overwhelmed by a lot of impatient people. He is happy to go out of his way for those who treat him well, but he doesn't need the business, so will likely not answer if you push.
Is this a Valjoux 72

brain fade, I meant DW
As far as I can see, they're the same case. I think others have discovered this to be true.
