    Really getting into to this thread. Just watched Everest IMAX on Netflix. What an amazing feat for those who have made it and for those who have not. I never realized what a long process it is to get your body acclimated to the lack of oxygen. This is certainly not a day trip :). Looking forward to more of your journey.

    It's always going to look big. Get it and enjoy it. I see so many people these days wearing uboats and TW steel's which are 50mm watches so I really wouldn't stress about the "lungs over wrist" saying.

    My words exactly.. It is a large watch but IMHO it doesn't wear silly. It's a gorgeous watch that looks great both casual or formal.

    Well interesting to me any way. While cleaning out my bedroom closet I found this ole Sub that I prolly have not seen for 6 years or better. It originally came from BigJoe. I was surprised at how well it looked. The dial looks really good especially the small surrounds around the hour markers. I believe the hands look good as well. Crown guards could use a little work and the rehaut (no engraving) is a tad narrow but other than that I like it. I believe the movement is ETA if I remember correctly.
