A dealer told me he needed 500 pieces

Out of about 60 watches in the last 4 months I had: 1 rolex daytona that was moren than 30 minutes off in a few houres and stopwatch not working 2x iwc minute repeater, both crap. movements would stopped all the time 2x PO 42mm black, both with loose indexes when they arrived. 1 Breitling evolution with button problem and bad movement. 1 PO 45mm with a chip out of the case (got a new case from dealer) 1 Panerai 111, movement ran to short from the beginning and stopped after 4 days 1 iwc portoguese chrono, movement stopped after 1 day 1 AP wempe with bezel not straight on the case. not possible to fix 1 iwc ingenieur with some small piece of plastic in the case?? AP Wempe received in gold, but I ordered ss (this one doesn't count offcourse ) So we can put 11 more watches to the list Makes it 78 if I'm correct

Must be having some days off, because I'm also waiting on a reply. Normally I get a quick answer.... I'm waiting for a package. Got the tracking number on the 13th of februari, but still no movement online with TNT??????????

Yes, it's Ruby or King! But I want to give her the chance first to solve this problem first. So this will be continued.....

My dealer asked me to send with DHL !!!!!!!!!!! It was the best for her!!!!! As a rookie you should be getting some good advise from the dealer. But I'm starting to think she wanted the watches to be taken by costums so she didn't have to repear the 4 watches.

Well, I just lost all my watches!! 800$ down the drain!!!! ( It wasn't 4 from 4, but 2 from 2 chrono's though) DHL wanted me to pay 125 euro to sent the package back to me, ppffff. No way, for broken watches!! The chance that costums take it here in Holland is big, because on the package it says "broken watch" ( like my dealer requested). I didn't want to pay another 125 euro's for broken watches so now I got an email that they will destroy the package!!!! For sure some Chinese guy will take the watches home I still can't make a solution that makes me a litlle bit happy with the dealer. So it looks like I made my last order with HER!!

You're talking about a she!!!??? There is not to many female dealers here so there's a good chance it's the same one who screwed me. I lost my package too, because she didn't want to except 25$ tax at chinese costums. Offcourse I can understand her problem not to go to costums, because she would get in trouble. The problem is now she only wants to pay my shippingcosts as a discount on the next buy. I HAD TO PAY 90 EURO (115$), BECAUSE SHE ASKED ME TO SEND IT WITH DHL. (freaking expensive) Three watches broke down in one week after I got them at home. All together I loose more than 800 dollar and she only want to give me a 115$ discount. Big F** Joke I'm still mailing with her, but I notice she is not responding as quick as she normally does. I will absolutely go nuts if this problem isn't solved in a normal way!!!

WHAT A BIG F** JOKE IS THIS!!!! My package was finally given free, but the dealer had to pay 25$ tax for the package. THE DEALER REFUSED!!!! I am not sure what's going to happen next!!! If there is not going to be a good sollution I will tell on this forum who is the dealer. But for now I will wait again.....

One thing I know for sure and that is that I will never send a watch back!

I get your point. But I didn't receive defective watches, but they got problems after a few days. It's still in the garantee time and should not be my problem, but first of all it costs me 90 euro's to send the package out (f** rip off) and second, how long am I going to wait?? When am I going to tell my dealer i want new watches? I just would like to know what normal in China and what's not!!!

Looks like I have a litlle extra waiting to go... Or they took your package aswell

Nobody have experience with Chinese costum delay?

Hi guys, I have send a package with 4 watches back to one of the dealers. I see online that there is a unknown delay in Guangzhou costums. My question is if this happens more often or does it seems like they took my package? Anybody hear has some experiences with the China costums and delays? Thx, martijn
