1125.00 for a rep strap ?? Bummer. It pays to know what you're looking at when going after used genuine parts. But clothing and accessories with no feedback regarding watches, parts, etc. would have been a clue. Just curious....how exactly is it you can determine it's not authentic ???

I picked up one from "watchfaker" to compare to the gen AR'd version. I noticed a slightly blueish hue at different angles in the light but overall I thought it looked very good. The gens have a "hue" at certain angles as well...but of course noticably less

I'm not familiar with that particular case. Though from what I gather it's an older, long since discontinued version. Most of the older versions like that didn't have the gen constructed bezel assembly but I'm not saying yours doesn't. Maybe the original sales Thread would help....??

Well......he has them...or at least he had them I know...I have one and it's actually quite good. It's gen spec to the 25-295-C sapphire so it'll fit the Submariner WM9's, BK TW's, TC' s and Sean case. It'll also fit the BK 16570 Exp.II's and Cartel Exp.II's as well. If your case will accept the gen 25-295-C crystal, then it'll fit.

On the job...work, home and play, it's the 16800 for me everyday.......

Thanks for the info Doc And I have to agree....those over there will likely be there awhile if the prices aren't adjusted. I've found someone sitting on a nice surplus of these New gen inserts. Just thought I'd try to help pair them with those looking for them. (still waiting to hear the price/availability on the LV's but he says he's got 'em)

Where are these listed...? I realize this is an older thread but these are available and they're very good I'm referring to the gen spec size for the 40mm sports models. I wasn't aware a 42mm version was being discussed.

I'd really have to practice some "finese" Brother. In my line of work, we do use hammers.....but 10, 12 and 16 lb'ers.

Then where can we get them at that price Brother ?? There's 2 or 3 listed on TRF at the moment....for 295.00 to 375.00 I've ran acrossed someome that'll let them go for 250.00 each and that's the best I'm able to find. Mind you I don't have a need for them with the 16800's but many BK TW, WM9, TC and Sean case owners with builds do. I'm just trying to help out our fellow Brothers

I've primarily been fooling with the 16800's that use the flat 4 Tritium insert. What are the Brand New 16610 luminova inserts selling for these days? Is 270.00 too much to expect to pay for them ??

Crystal retaining ring.....this is what's pressed on to hold the crystal. The bezel ring snaps on to this. I hate to admit I've paid almost as much for good used ones as the new ones run . But new is new and they don't circulate much on the "open market".
