So since they are a trusted dealer what steps do I take since they screwed me over? We ordered two pieces, only received one and now they are ignoring me?

I am technically a "newb" but I have been lurking for a while and reading this forum on and off for probably 3 years or so now. Just asked a simple question. I thought they were a trusted dealer from this site that is why I was asking for first hand feedback.
