Use a bezel knife or other object to click it off. Have done it once and it least then it was an easy operation.

Think it might be a close call. If I'm not mistaken that strap is 115/75 (?) and that should mean you'd be roughly using the last hole. Unfortunately no expert on rubber, so don't know if they come in 110/65 which could be your preferred size...
