I am deciding between the IWC GST Chrono stainless steel vs. IWC GST Chrono Titanium. Just would like to hear others thoughts on the pros / cons to both. Any thoughts to which version is a better rep build closest to the gen ?? Thanks in advance.

I am no expert... but from MY observation between the gen and rep -- the rep does not illuminate at night, if any; the font is a bit off near day section, tues / wed day alignment is off (based on readings). Don't take my word on this, just a combination of my personal observation with some readings.

It's pretty darn close... a couple of obvious flaws, but nothing to worry over... except the high price tag. Ugh!

Thanks for the warm welcome -- I got a 'bug'.... will it ever go away? I am doing a lot of STF and am learing alot. Just looking for my first IWC rep, I want it to be a good experience and the right choice. Sigh! Which dealer to choose? hmmm....

Hmm... I prefer the Chrono look -- maybe the GST. Any leads?

Thanks for the welcome. I am interested in mostly IWC Watches -- specifically the The Pilot’s Watch Chrono-Automatic in stainless steel with stainless steel bracelet or something similar in the IWC lineup. Can you steer me in the direction who can help? Thanks.
