Thanks guys, here's the non macro version..
I was going to keep my current dial but I'm thinking I may like this one more, if that's the case I will sell, otherwise I'll save it. Have to wait to see it installed for that decision.

He even got the submariner right (on these the word is applied with gold paint ontop of the lacquer... Unlike most others where it's gilt under the lacquer)

Yeah my MkIII is getting chipped already from diving. Look at the damaged 40...
Not possible!! The chip is just a speck of paint or some other substance, the silver numerals sit in relief of the surrounding black paint, it can't chip, only the black paint can chip. Try using your fingernail to remove the speck

That's a great idea, the pearl is crap but the rest is worth using for sure! It'll save your gen from dings and scrapes

Thanks but it's a phong insert! The genuine ones don't have any serifs on the silver bars.. I put a genuine pearl in it today which I'm very happy with
