  1. I'm guessing the best way to find out whether it's a real ETA 2824 is to open the caseback? What would be the best way to do that?
  2. It's a UPO 42mm from Josh, purchased a few months ago. It was sold as a Swiss ETA 2824, but I haven't opened it up (no idea what I'd be doing). Would it be worth sending it back to Josh, assuming he even takes it? Servicing vs replacing the movement sounds like it would cost the same (not to mention trying to find someone in nyc)
  3. Hi guys, can anyone recommend a new york shop comfortable with replicas for servicing a swiss 2824? If not, does anyone on the forum do this? I'm trying to decide whether it's worth trying to service or toss the watch altogether (very upset, I thought a Swiss 2824 would last longer than this)
