My best friend who stayed in the service (we use to be in together!) much longer than he should, is being re-assigned to Iraq (just got transferred stateside from Korea two months ago!) and I'm in a dilemma on what to give him as a send off gift (please don't say "give him a watch", he's not a watch guy....more on Freddy's Uzi type Gent...). Sorry this is late, been very busy lately! Other than the watch losing 4 minutes a day, the watch is great! Its a good beater watch! I'll work on it this weekend when I get all the tools and fluids from Ofrei that Freddy suggsted! Its gonna be my first time inside a watch, so wish me luck!

I have the 770SW and it sucks.....can't compare with a canon....I have both the Canon S70 and S1000 and these babies are great......Sometimes I also use my Nikon D70 DSLR, but I don't have the artistic skills of a lot of our members here. You could have the most expensive camera in the world, but if you dont have it.............

Have that same action with mine!!! I have to adjust twice and be more gentle the 2nd time around! Regarding the noise, it doesn't seem to be out of the ordinary.........or maybe my ears are just used to my Chinese Chopard MM XL!!! Talk about loud, this one is a rocker! Hi Freddy! Where can we get those marine lube or grease for the gasket seal? I'm pretty sure a lot of our DYI Newbies here wants to know? And BTW, the Rolex caseback opener, too! I know about those tapes, but I'm thinking of getting the right tools! Thanks! As soon as I get those, I'm ready to open these babies!
