I've been waiting for GF to release their V2 of the Superocean II 44 (Andrew from Trusty told me its due soon and will be better than noob) But now it seems Breitling have released a new version of the superocean will a more classic simpler dial.

Looks like the case is the same so rep factories would just need to do the bezel, dial and hands. Any idea how long it takes them or when we could expect to see them?

I'm undecided untill I start seing some real pics or videos. Strangely there is something special about the busier dial of the Superocean II but I do also like the simpler classic look of this new one

Reject all day long! 12 crooked and lume spill on 9 hr marker. Factory needs to lift their game. They can do it trust me. Ive rejected 4 watches to get the correct one. Why is it only the omega? My brietlings no problem. Old UPO no problem. Reject all the way

Your correct 12 is crooked and would drive me crazy. Who cares what other members say. But if your happy enjoy.

I miss my modded UPO. If there were still some out there with SS bracelet I would be all over it and mod it again.

Received my CrPO and Im actually leaning toward that so I think my UPO will go up for sale

I remember when I bought the same watch about 4 years ago in Bangkok before I knew about this website and the large community. I paid about $50 and when I held it I was so impressed with it. Knowing what I know now and what a good rep actually is, made me feel so silly for wearing it. This is not a good rep, far from it, apart from all the obvious tells, it just looks cheap. The clasp looks like it has been made with a pair of tin cutters

LOL just fixed this myself. If anyone else has this prob here is what I did

Edge of kitchen bench with towel.

Straighten the bracelet out to push the endlink against case then with some pliers push very hard against the little tabs but more toward the case side

Hi everyone, have the older UPO and something that has bothered me is the play in the end link. I dont believe it is a pin issue but more a endlink one.

Here you can see the gaps on the lug and case near bezel.

Here is how i want it to look. When you straighten the bracelet or push down the endlink

I think the problem is this gap here. I have tried adjusting the little taps

And lastly is this gap normal on a UPO clasp?

Loving this watch and want. Have the superocean 44 and fits well. Worried this is to big and tall?? Can anyone help? I also have Omege UPO 45mm

Superocean 44 Abyss. Super rep it is. When i look at this with a loupe its very very close to my gen Omega PO as far as dial quality. Bezel and bracelet are amazing as well

How do you find the fitment?

Firstly it takes me ages to fit it as the spring bar doesnt line up and i dont know if Ive stuffed it but the gap on the left is annoying me. New strap or bars fix this??

9 hour maker the lume is not sraight. Had the exact same issue on my old CrPO. Factory need to address this. You wont notice it from distance but if your one to stare closley and look for flaws when wearing it, you will.

Just reviving this thread. Anyone got any suggestions? rps01 did you find anyone? I found in another thread a suggestion for a George Yoon 250 Pitt Street. Cant say I'm too happy as he ended up scratching both my watches. My UPO which had a 2 day new bezel insert. He leans the watches directly on the bare glass/metal framed workbench and flicks it around banging it all over the place. My Superocean 44 which was DOA had wheel replaced and services $130 but its still stopping every 10-15min or so and there is dust and marks on the dial now!

So if anyone has a rep friendly watchmaker who will treat it like it was a gen please advise

Congrats Indy it sure looks great. I'd be all over it if LMPO was made in the 45mm. I remember trying on a 42mm PO and it just didnt look right.

Pain about the bracelet pins, donnt know why Omega didnt use the screws of the CrPO, they look great and very easy!

My watch guy took a look and said one of the wheels was bent/broken. He happened to have the right part. Cost of repair including service is $130 he also said its not asian it is eta. Thoughts?? Should I send back or just go ahead with repair. And have i been lucky to recieve a swiss movement or is this just a new breed of the clone

Found a watchmaker who said he can take a look. Regarding the eta movement would this be a 2824-2 I'm looking for and how much do they go for? should I buy new or used?

my TD said to just keep winding and run it. I did this 1 hr ago and it hasnt stopped but 3 min behind.

As for the servicing. Ive always been uncertain of where to take it being a rep. Its a super rep as far as im concerned so would the only tell be the movement. is it obvious to the watch servicer?

and does the same apply if it was a swiss movement in the case of my omega upo swiss eta

ok just stopped again. Flick of the wrist gets it moving again.

Hi everyone

recieved my new superocean 44. the first 48hrs have been fine but I wore the watch all day and night and when i woke up the watch still on wrist had stopped. moving it around it started again.

I wound the movement clockwise wore it and shortly after is stopped again. ive just set it 30min ago and its already behind 3 min

Whats the problem and anything I can do? I absolutly love the watch and very upset ive got thos problem

Loving this watch. The lume is so sensitive and very bright! Alot stronger than the superlume on my old CrPO.

Shame its so tall I cannot wear it to work as it does not fit under my shirt.
