Stay away from puretime. They are great when buying but after they want nothing to do with you. It has been a terrible experience and not sure how this company is on the recommended list. Makes me wonder. Good luck

I agree. The customer service sucks and I have been doing my homework. I recently received a bad product and they are not even responding to me. I put a lot of trust in this forum and not sure if they really are a trusted dealer...only time will tell but must say I am very disappointed Witt my purchase
