  1. Thanks, ill give Kurt a try!
  2. I am having trouble finding a strap for my 029 that fits my wrist properly. one of the biggest problems with the leather straps is the huge gap between the buckle and my wrist. (I have included a pic) -my wrists are 6.5" -the straps that i have tried so far are as follows. 1) the rubber strap that the watch came with 2) BOB buffalo and a BOB calf skin the factory rubber strap almost but the last hole is too small and the 2nd to last is a little loose. the BOB straps do not fit as well. the 2nd to last hole is a bit to tight and the 3rd to last is way to loose. it just seems like my wrist and the leather straps are a completely different shape. is there a good company someone can reccomend that can custom size a strap to my wrist? I would like to keep the price under $100 if thats possible. pics of my strap not quite fitting. sorry for the bad pics. its not the cameras fault im just a bad photographer.
  3. Thank for the suggestions on the BOB straps. I went with the buffalo in black and the tan calf strap. cant wait to get them, going to be a few weeks though
  4. Projectologist, that picture is amazing. I agree we are definitely going to love this watch! as for the movements, I figured the eta was asian as well so probably wouldn't really be much better.
  5. mine is not the "swiss" but the Asian clone 2836
  6. due to me wanting 2 different colors, I can only afford spending a little over $100 total. I also saw Bob straps. I may consider these as well. Most straps come in a size of 115/75mm. and around 4mm thick. theoretically, should this strap fit my 6.5" wrist? I really appreciate the reply MM!
  7. I have been reading up on a fairly cheap place to aquire a couple straps for my PAM 029 than I am getting quite soon. I would like to get a couple different straps and I'm just not ready to drop $80+ each for them quite yet. I have came accross a site called Crown and Buckle. their prices are extremely good, straps don't look all bad either. I cannot find any reviews on them and was wondering if anyone had bought from them before?
  8. thanks for the responses! i cannot see anything from the pics so I will assume everything is ok. I was just curious on the 28000 seen on the readout as well. again thanks for all of the prompt responses. kyle
  9. I can post the full pics if that would be easier, I was just trying to save space. I you click on them it should take you to the full sized images on Photobucket.
  10. Here are the QC pics for my PAM 029!! just wanted someone with a little more traind eye to take a look at it. I was wondering about the readout under beat numbers as well. it looks to be 28000 and i was wondering if this was acceptable for a 28800.
  11. My name is Kyle and I'm from Columbus Ohio. just wanted to say hi to everyone here at RWG! I have started getting into watches recently and can tell I am going to have an addiction. First rep I bought was a PO (which I reluctantly take off at night)and then a rolex pro hunter explorer which I wore once and while it is an amazing watch, its just not my style. Tonight I have placed an order for a PAM 029 and can't wait until it gets here!!!
  12. Does anyone have an opinion on the accuracy of this rep? also I think I see tool marks on the back of the case, does anyone else notice this?
  13. I have just gotten my QC pics for my Pro Hunter Explorer I Asian 2836-2. I would like any input from the community members as I am a total newbie and dont have a good eye for this quite yet. I am so excited to get my watch!!
