I wonder how long people get by not having it serviced when new? Honestly I dont really feel like having this done..... am I dancing with the devil?

In my situation it was a case issue; threading.. So I feel a bit more confident when I started taking it around locally I basically got snubbed, no one would touch it because it was a replica..

I reccommend sending it back honestly, I had some issues with my PAM, really didnt want to send it back but a did. Andrew fixed it no charge and along the way there was a lot of communication. Thing to keep in mind is that the whole process is going to take about 7-8 weeks, so you got to go in with a positive attitude, and really..... kind of just forget about it or you'll drive yourself crazy! Good choice on both the watch and Andrew, I got my 111M from him as well. Andrew is phenomenal when it comes to customer service! You won't be disappointed!

The guy told me that they are for "real" Panerai's not replicas.... Whatever. Sorry you wasted you money, im right there with ya, at least there cheap. I've heard other bad things about this vendor now that I check around; lesson learned! On my AR coating I'm starting to think I did get a good deal.... maybe its worth the hassle I had to go through... From what I can tell from recent QC pictures from the new 111N purchases, evidence from the stickers that came on the crystal.

BTW those springbars from Wholesaleoutlet990 do not fit the PAM 111. Emailed the guy and he of course says in all the years he's been selling them no one has ever had this problem. Only one way to install these guys pretty sure I have it right!!! Wasn't thrilled with his service... I think most people on here go with panatime witch I might add has them on sale for $5!

Anyone know where I can find a "Panerai" engraved buckle... a lot of 22mm out there but can't find a 24mm for some reason. Thanks Jason

Ok I've calmed down now, sorry... spoke with Andrew and the crystal is a single coat colorless AR coating... Apparently, according to him, this is what all Panerai crystal makers are using now. The crystal I had previously had a very distinct green tent to it when I held it under the lights in the picture above... Just going to wear it and enjoy it thanks for all the advice and guidance in this whole process! Jason

Well after 47 days of waiting I finally got my watch back today... One would think I would be ecstatic right.. The case that was replaced didn't have the AR coating on the crystal WTF!!!! I'm pretty sure I'm cursed, cant belive this... Emailed Andrew so we'll see what he says... This is borderline ridiculous, all this for a stupid strap pin!

BTW....... I did end up ordering those custom spring bars... so I wont require the use of a hammer to install bands

UPDATE!!!! Repair was completed, Andrew ended up repairing the item by replacing the case. Apparently not much one can do with the threads broken off in there. I wonder if they have an easy-out type of tool that small.. Anyhow 42 days after this little adventure began my watch is on its way back! I’m thinking it’ll take 7 or 8 working days to get here, hopefully. As I’ve mentioned before…. throughout this whole process Andrew has been absolutely phenomenal, especially since I’m more than likely an annoying customer to deal with. Answering questions almost instantly, providing me with updates, and looking probably all over China for my package! He’s number one in my book and will get my repeat business for sure. If your noob like me and reading through this wondering what vendor to choose in your first purchase I think you know who I would recommend! SH&T happens…especially when you’re dealing with overseas purchase in this market of replicas, part of the game, so you definitely need someone on the other side of that transaction that you can trust and know will have your back!

Wow... if I spent that kind of money and had that kind of lead time, I'd be really irritated! I guess if you can afford it you’d probably have some other high end piece to compensate for the down time…. We live in a society today that demands instant gratification unfortunately, sometimes things like this resets ya and reminds ya of what is really worth worrying about in life…
