For guys that have been dooling over this overpriced beauty, I've noticed at least one dealer has significantly reduced his pricing...

I think the SA would be too big for you. Lots of guys will tell you that the have a 7" wrist and that they love it, but when you see their wrist shots it looks ridiculous. I think you will get a lot more enjoyment from the Skyland. I haven't taken mine off in the 2 weeks I've had it, and I can't say that about any of my other watches. Usually 3 or 4 days before I'm putting something different on my wrist.
Yep, I'm gonna disagree with Dave as well. I personally feel that the Skyland is a far more popular watch, and better fits a broader range of people. The SA may be popular with the big guys, but for those of us that are under 200 lbs., its just too big.
interesting reading here. I guess the gist of it lies on the lawyers new right to go after the markets that house the replica sellers. The main complainants are Burberry, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada. No mention of watches in any of my readings, just seems like we've been caught in the crossfire.

My advice would be to stick with the rep gator/leather/rubber for the genuine look. However, I highly recommend you save for a gen strap as the comfort & quality are far beyond the rep straps. Aftermarket stuff just looks fake IMO.
Josh's prices are high enough that he can afford to send a replacement and make money. He can send a second replacement and break even. A third replacement is a loss, and nobody likes to lose.
A light slap will not do anything to further damage the watch. I have recommended this procedure to many people over the years and it has worked 90% of the time. Do it, and thank me in an hour
Yes just like that. The hairspring is exactly what the name implies, a hair thin coil. What has happened is that two of the coils have come in contact with each other and because of the machine oil, have stuck together. This shortens the spring, so it cant fully coil and uncoil, thus it operates faster and your watch runs fast. The slap is generally enough to jar the stuck coil loose and will immediately fix the problem.
Near the hairspring there are two levers. The one with the two dots on it is the one that you use to adjust. Move that one ever so slightly away from the other arm. Close it up and monitor. Moving towards the other am slows it down. Be warned that the 7750 is the hardest movement to adjust because it lacks a fine regulator. If you get it within 15 seconds a day, consider yourself done. If you have any doubt as to what you are doing, leave it to a pro.
