Regulate the movement, or have a watchsmith adjust it. Alternatively, you reset the time every few days. What movement do you have in there?

That sucks. Chinese QC...factories don't care, dealers care even less. I do not understand why they do not take 2 minutes to look the watch over before sending it out.
