Oh yes you can! The Dubois Depraz module is a chronograph component that piggybacks on a base movement. In the case of ROOs, it piggybacks on the 3120. The LWO 283 is the same Depraz module piggybacking on a 2892.

Any interest for a crown height conversion kit?

I doubt there would be interest. The crown position, like the cyclops position, is due to the movement being used. However, you would have to drill a new hole for the correct crown height if you do swap your movement for a LWO 283. -

41mm seems the correct size for the 15400.
