need some guidance from the experts... relative noob here, and might be having a problem with an order, I think...
Ordered 2 watches from a TD back on Apr 5, received and approved QC pics on Apr 8. To date (Apr 20), no watches recieved, tracking number has not worked thru EMS or anywhere. What makes it worse, in one of the email comms from TD earlier, I had a different tracking number that showed something shipping to Canada. (I am CONUS). strange.
I emailed TD and inquired, response was, "just be patient and it will show up." He referenced the tracking number in the QC pic as the correct one... but it still does not work for tracking anything. I am more than willing to be patient and wait, but something just doesnt seem right. I have made 2 orders before from same TD and both arrived within a week, no problems with tracking or anything.
Should I listen to TD and just sit tight, or do you think something is indeed wrong on and I should lean back on the TD?
