Regarding trustytime, it all depends on your needs, the two variables being budget and accuracy. If you search 'cartel 1016 rwg' on google, you'll find a bunch of information that discusses the accuracy of these cases, dials, etc vs other options (such as JMB's cases).

I have some of BD's texture work on a Fifty Fathoms and it is nice. In this case the dial is actually old
so I just need the lume. Does Vac do a good job on Rolex? Should I pull it out and send it to a gen restorer?As long as the gen restorer does good lume texture. You really have to see a bunch of their work before committing.

Thanks! I don't really see a reason to mess with the guy as it's just a waste of my time. He clearly doesn't own the item, and intends to scam someone, so I just want the false listing taken down so that doesn't happen.

one thing i've noticed about this watch is that the outer bezel is on way too loose. It turns with an ok amount of tension, but i can pop it off by simply pulling lightly with my finger. Any fix for this? or do i need to get a different assembly?
What is the bezel assembly comprised of? Is there a metal washer under the outer bezel? Pulling the bezel off should require a fair amount of force, so you may need to look for another assembly.
