That's awesome! By the way, how's the lume on your diver. Mine seems to fade a bit within a very short period of time. Even when I've recharged it under a direct sunlight it is not that great. I definitely need a new super-lume job!!

The lume isn't good on mine either and it does fade quite quickly, as compared to my other reps. Nearly all the v3.5's i've seen have sloppy lume jobs.

None of the rubber melted. The straps must be heat/flame resistant to a high temp or something
-
wooky, I used a flat head screw driver and heated it over the hob. I then pushed it hard into the rubber and it worked. It did not leave a clean hole though, but is good enough for now.
-
Guys, does anyone know the best way to add extra holes to the rubber strap? I will order a genuine small one, but for now I need a quick fix.

Toro takes his time when replying. Stocks are running out fast, maybe they might be making a new version and have stopped producing this one, who knows...

On the Tusted Dealers link you will find Watches International. Rochest and Mary are the people there. You won't be disappointed by their service. Try Andrew at Trusty Time as well. His service is spotless and very professional.

I'll check that out. Is toro good to buy from?

Nice, looks awesome. I am looking to get one but Angus is out of stock. I might go with toro but who is rochest & Mary? Can you supply me with a link

I've been out of the rep game for a while. The v2 was the best around back then, which I didn't buy...
I was going to buy this one, but now am not too sure. I wonder how this will compare with the v3.5, I might just go for that instead...

Diver... Read around

I have skinny wrists and have always dreamed of getting a safari or diver. Problem is that I feel uncomfortable with anything over 39mm. I hope they make smaller ap's one day

Niceeee

Stop toying with us Pics please

No offence dude, that watch looks way to big on her. I know its fashion now to wear big ones, but seriously, how big will this craze go to.
-
Ive got 6.5 inch wrists and it fits good, not sure how it will be on 6inches. Might be big. I'll post up a picture later of mine.
-
Nice review and watch, by the way, on the caseback, the "royal oak" logo should be at 12. you might want to unscrew it and align it properly.

Great video. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I honestly feel that this is a very very funny thread...no seriously...some funny [censored] going on here. Zulu refers to are trusted dealers reps as rubbish. So guys..we have been buying rubbish all along...according to Zulu anyway. Am I the only member here thats offended by these "rubbish" comments?
I've been aware of Sinowatches for several years now...I think he was one of the first dealers to put up Youtube videos of his reps. When I was new here I saw one of those videos..I think it was a IWC Cousteau Diver video. So I contacted him and asked a few polite general questions. He was rude curt and just overall very unprofessional In his responses. I told him what he could do with his reps.
I've always been treated well by are trusted dealers here...If not.. I would post my experence with said dealer and never do business with them again. So far I've had no such experence.
Back to Zulu...If he were to have just stated that he was happy with his reps and service from Sino....fine....but. That wasnt good enough. Zulu also said that not only are Sino's watchs superior...but the watches we buy here are "rubbish" garbage In comparision. Anyone who has been around here or the rep game for a significant amount of time knows this is nothing but pure unadulterated horse [censored]....nonsense.
Sino gets his reps from the very same factories.. made by the very same people...end of story. The only difference I can see Is that he charges more for the privilege.
In my opinion Zulu is one of two things...a troll for Sino...or has very little knowledge and/or experence with reps and watches In general. I suggest that new members do there due dilligence before purchasing from Sino. Im not telling anyone not to use Sino for there rep purchasing needs. What Im saying is...do some serious research before hand.
The trusted dealers here have proven themselves time and time again....hundreds If not thousands of reviews over the years. Yes...sometimes something go's wrong...but..99.9999999% of the time...those issues are corrected.
If you have a problem here with a trusted dealer.. you have a whole community and RWG staff behind you...If you have a problem with Sino....good luck.
The other thing I find distaseful is Zulu posting this thread In the first place....strange. Why not keep that conversation between himself and Ken.
For whatever It's worth.
Mike
Totally agree with you dude. I have had nothing but the best experience with the TD's on here. I will reiterate please do not put this sinowatch guy as a trusted dealer. Yes his watches come from the same factories as the TD'S on here but the difference is the service provided by the guy and the quality procedures in selecting the watch from the factory. Mickey from sinowatches wont check for quality or even listen to your opinion. He is just interested in $$.
-
Guys please don't buy from sinowatches.com which is also sinowatches.us. I speak from experience with mickey [censored] mouse, he will send you watch without checking quality. I recieved a watch with date not working, scratches on bracelet and watch wasn't exactly what was pictured in description. It was my first rep and I will never buy from the bastard mickey again.
