  1. It has a screw down crown. Turn counterclockwise to unscrew it. 1st position is to wind it. Pull the cown out slightly to second position to set the day and date, then pull the crown out to the finally position to set the time. When done push the crown back in and screw it back down. Do not set the day and date when the time on the watch is between 10:00 and 2:00. I usually advance the time to 6:00 to set the day and date, then set the time. There are some threads about the A7750. I would recommend you read about them as there are some do's and don'ts that you need to be aware of to avoid screwing up the movement. Now post some Pics!!
  2. Anyone know the model number for the ceramic with black dial?
  3. If anyone checks availability, please post info.
  4. Damn, I wish I hadn't clicked on this thread. That is truely a beautiful watch!! Now I want one too. Wear it in good health. Oh, btw the QC pics look perfect to me.
  5. IMPORTANT REMINDER - When you get your Ebel be sure to tighten all the screws, especially the bezel screws. I've had them go missing in the past and getting replacements in the future might be very difficult. Toro told me that the manufacturer will be discontinuing this model once this run is gone.
  6. I tried and tried to resist...but in the end I order a Panda to go with my BTR. Just too great of a bargain to pass on. I think I need help... lol.
  7. Was checking out Toro's website last night and notice he had a bunch of Ebel's listed for only $148. I emailed him to see what the deal was and he said this was his Xmas Special and they would only be available at this price until Dec. 31st. For those not familiar with these models they are great reps that look awesome and are quite substantial. This a great price for a watch with a a7750 movement from a great Trust Dealer. At this price I am tempted to pick up a Panda even though, I already have the 1911 BTR yellow on leather. Here is the link for those interested: http://www.torobravos.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=81_90
  8. Actually I was looking for Acharria's Skull Racer Straps. Appearantly he laser etches a skull designs onto the leather keeper. http://www.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/skull-racer-2011-70206.html?t=70206&highlight=Skull+keeper
  9. I don't think you can go wrong with either Toro or Angus. I have dealt with both and they both great dealers.
  10. I've gotten Noob watches from both Toro and Trevor as well as Josh.
  11. Sorry, Angus = Puretime. I have not compared it as it has been ordered buy not received. I have read good things about the quality though.
  12. Is that factory lume, or did you have them redone?
  13. I don't see why they wouldn't. I bought them for my 3717 on leather which also takes 21mm bars.
  14. Here are the link to the recent thread diaby2afc is referring:
  15. Try Sead. He just post about availability of some Ingy models.
  16. No, the issue described is specific to the IWC 3714. See hooky's post above.
  17. Might want to do use the search feature on the various forums. The 3714 has know issues with the movement and has been discussed in lenght many many times.
  18. FYI, I got my 111N v3 from Toro as Flap above suggested.
  19. Watch the sales threads for used 3707's or "selvin's" as they are called here. There have been some for sale recently, but they tend to be pricey and sell quickly.
  20. i don't know but both respond to emails quickly, so I would recommend sending a quick email.
  21. I went with the a6497 from Toro. He is a very good TD to work with. Sometimes he answers very quickly and sometime it takes longer to get a response, mainly due to the time difference.
