Thanks. I got some seiko waterproofing silicone to put on the gaskets. Hope that will do it.

Does anyone know how waterproof the PAMs are right out of the box? Specifically the PAM 177 model. Is there anything I should do before swimming or kayaking with it on? I got mine from Trusty Time and is made by H-Factory.

Most custom strap makers can do this for you. Please post pics I you do get it done as I would like to do this some time in the future.

I was thinking about getting the grey ostrich leg strap from combat-straps. I think it would complement the dial very nicely.

Does anyone know how "waterproof" this watch is? With all those gaskets it's got to count for something. I prob. won't ever go deeper than 10ft. Ordered mine from Andrew at Trusty Time. Got the QC pics today and can't wait to have it in hand. From what I understand, all of these watches come from a single source so there should be no difference. I have ordered from Anderw before and he is great to work with.

Great review! I ordered the PAM 177 from Andrew after reading your review. Not sure if this was mentioned but I noticed that the stamps on the clasp is not correct. It should not have "Professional" on it. Not a big deal but I am a stickler. Keep up the great work!
