Yep, its a PAM111. But I don't think it's either H or N factory. The case says its an E-series, which is weird. Because E-series has a sausage dial instead of sandwich, has PANERAIPANERAI decoration on the bridges instead of a CDG pattern and has a polished crownguard instead of brushed. But It does have an E-series buckle...

I remember my first PAM111 from Marlin, sold it with regret. Ordered a new one from him right away and it's back on the wrist. I also upgraded the CG to a v4 one and finished/modded the lever with a glass file, now it is perfect. Will also flatten the pin after seeing your pics (thanks!)
