Hi everyone, i am actually building an franken datejust, at this point i'm having a problem, here is what i got: gen 1603 case with gen plexi and gen bezel, gen silver dial tudor hands and 2824-2 eta movement. aftermarket oyster bracelet and gen explorer clasp here is my question, how to hold the movement in the case? they use plastic movement holder in the replicas, where to find one? thanks a lot for answer i will do a complete topic once i've fixed it

hi i am doin' a franken datejust 1603, i bought an 2824-2 movement but i need an overlay, but can't get one anywhere. i found one on a website, ordered it and... never received it. i sent an email to tc-sub, never get any answer if anyone got one on this website, i'am takin' it! thanks a lot for helping

here is an update, i bought a gen new panpie dial, and an sub bracelet because i am not a fan of the jubilee. i have the movement and the hands ready i am just waiting for the datewheel overlay that should arrive by the end of the week. the bracelet need a bit of polish.

hi, i just sent a mail to the seller to get a refund before he send it, he told me that he's got a 20mm as well and will send it to me instead of the 19mm, amazing! i received today the seagull st2130 movement, it doest look good, just one thing, there is no second hand on it... i've bought tudor's hands anyway.

hi everyone, i am looking for a datewheel overlay to put on my 2824-2 movement and which would fit on my datejust 1603 dial. it is pretty hard to find one, i've been searching for hours and hours on the net. if anyone has one to sell or any tips would be welcome thanks a lot

i bought an gen jubilee bracelet, on the bay, yesterday wich should arrive by the end of the week, but i made my first mistake, i bought it in 19mm... does anyone know if i can just change the endlinks or i will have to get a new one? i also bought a seagull movement copy of the eta 2824-2, wich also should arrive by the end of the week

hi everyone, This is my first franken rolex project, and i wanted to start by an old model, the datejust! i bought an 1603 datejust case (from 1973) in pretty good condition. i got a panpie dial wich is a bit "used and scratched" i might be looking for an other one soon.

where can i find a date wheel overlay that will fit on my 2824-2 movement? thanks a lot

thanks a lot guys, i got the complete gen case and a dial. i'm now about to buy the movement wich i found. i'm still looking for a gen jubilee bracelet. if anyone got one... i'll post some pictures soon

did the date disc match, coz i've read on some post that we need to change it for a gen
