I find it crazy that only 5% discount for crypto.  Surely the risk/chargeback benefit would be much greater.  At a minimum, it cost 5% to get into crypto from fiat in the USA.

If I may throw in my 2 cents. When I see the new designs, I don't get the same feelings for them as compared to the old simpler models.

I am just guessing that they are trying to pack more functions and features into the new designs which kinda make them lose a little of their identity in my opinion...

I couldn't agree more. The only model what I am into is the 382. The historic models are really the brands identity for me. I talked with a previous AD here in Naples. And he said he was a bit concerned on what is happened to the brand. He felt like they have lost there base Customer. He felt that it was a brand that should be in the $3-8k

The rep ss/it bracelets were made years ago. I used to sell them on eBay and grind the panerai logos off, I have net seen one in probably 8 years now. I was also looking for one to put on my DSN 170

You might put out a want to buy for a mixed metal bracelet. Years ago there was a SS/TI rep bracelet made. They must have gone somewhere.

I actually used to sell them. I even had some 26mm made up. But yea I haven't seen the mixed metal ones in a ver long time either.

I am looking to build my grail rep. The 170. I am thinking if I have the brushed portions of a rep Pam bracelet bead blasted and then maybe pvd with titanium may look proper.

Any suggestions on who could do the bead blasting for me?

I had one available to me for $5400 last month I should have pulled the trigger I think .

I know that david, has these on leather strap. And I remember years ago ss/ti rep braclets being out there. Since I have not seen any rep ss/ti bracelets in a long time and i think the ss/ti bracelets on these pams make the watch I have been saving my pennies for a genuine.

My question is does any one own a genuine 106 or 170 and can share there opinion on it. Or if any one knows ware to find a ss/ti pam rep bracelet.

I have a 3155 That I am looking for a 18k Masterpiece case bracelet combo or President Case bracelet combo. Any one have any updates.

They had the bracelet years ago, Not sure if any one is still making them. The bracelets i have seen receently are not of the same quality as they used to be. What a sweet watch, I love th polished and the ti.

I have been out of the loop for a long time. But was looking at some gen pam 170s and with a price tag of $6k or so. Its not something that is going to happen any time soon. Does any one make rep of this?

Thanks The Zigmeister, I didnt realize there were so many of the asian 6497s. I will get one from my regular guy and one from Davidsen, hopefully one of them will fly. Thanks for the prompt response.

Hey Zigg, Got a quick question for ya. I want to replace the center bridge on my swiss 6497 with the bridge of an asian 6497 with no Panerai Markings. Thus getting a blank 6497 movement with cotes de geneva markings.

Do you know if this swap can be done?

What I dont get is why this works. I have done this with a bunch of ti bands and it really does darken it up. The question is why. After reading how to oxidize TI it usually involves dry heat. Maybe this does not oxidize it and just dies it.

Hey, Guys, If any one is from the TRC they will know me. I just dropping in over here, The TRC has been pretty much down for the last couple days. I dont post much as i did the last couple years but am active in the scean still.

I dont think any one is even making 1:1 1950 cases any more. the last batches i have had the case is differnt. It usses a metal spacer instead of it bing part of the case .
