I find it crazy that only 5% discount for crypto. Surely the risk/chargeback benefit would be much greater. At a minimum, it cost 5% to get into crypto from fiat in the USA.

I couldn't agree more. The only model what I am into is the 382. The historic models are really the brands identity for me. I talked with a previous AD here in Naples. And he said he was a bit concerned on what is happened to the brand. He felt like they have lost there base Customer. He felt that it was a brand that should be in the $3-8k

I am looking to build my grail rep. The 170. I am thinking if I have the brushed portions of a rep Pam bracelet bead blasted and then maybe pvd with titanium may look proper. Any suggestions on who could do the bead blasting for me? Cheers

I know that david, has these on leather strap. And I remember years ago ss/ti rep braclets being out there. Since I have not seen any rep ss/ti bracelets in a long time and i think the ss/ti bracelets on these pams make the watch I have been saving my pennies for a genuine. My question is does any one own a genuine 106 or 170 and can share there opinion on it. Or if any one knows ware to find a ss/ti pam rep bracelet.

They had the bracelet years ago, Not sure if any one is still making them. The bracelets i have seen receently are not of the same quality as they used to be. What a sweet watch, I love th polished and the ti.

Hey Zigg, Got a quick question for ya. I want to replace the center bridge on my swiss 6497 with the bridge of an asian 6497 with no Panerai Markings. Thus getting a blank 6497 movement with cotes de geneva markings. Do you know if this swap can be done?

What I dont get is why this works. I have done this with a bunch of ti bands and it really does darken it up. The question is why. After reading how to oxidize TI it usually involves dry heat. Maybe this does not oxidize it and just dies it. Best Mike

I dont think any one is even making 1:1 1950 cases any more. the last batches i have had the case is differnt. It usses a metal spacer instead of it bing part of the case .
