For the 5513 go for an ETA 2846 slow beat. Don't bother with the WSO bezel assembly, Cartel is gen-like. Just get the insert from WSO, the version with the acrylic pearl. Get a better pearl from Yuki, fat font insert from Yuki is also alternative option. Get the 5513 ETA dial and hand set from Yuki. Alternatively a refurbished Singer dial from Yuki or Ingod44 (you'll need to clip the feet to apply it to an ETA movement). A 703 crown and tube set, or the rep 702 set from Athaya. T19 from Clark is fine. Here's my Cartel based 5513:

Go for the Puretime version. It has an ETA 2846 movement, good case and engravings. Add some sword hands from Rafflestime, dial from ingod44 or Yuki. Bezel insert from WSO and pearl from Yuki. NATO strap from Phoenix. 703 crown and tube set, alternatively a rep 702 set from Athaya. Soften the case and add patina as desired. Here's mine:

Yeap, go for a 5513 instead. Pick up a Cartel version from Perfect Clones. Get a dial and hand set from Yuki. Get an ETA 2846 off the bay. Bezel insert from Yuki/WSO dependant on whether you like the fat font look. Shape the crown guards on the case. Get a 703 crown and tube set from Athaya. Pearl either Yuki or Athaya. T19 crystal from Clark. Soften the bracelet and case, add a little patina as desired. The result will be a decent rep

With those markings on the links and endlinks, I would say they are at least gen. Here's a shot of my gen endlinks.

You might get lucky and find a gen crown and tube. Wouldn't be too difficult to install.
