Almost sounds like a joke post... every pic I saw on that site was of a gen watch (hands at about 10:10). Real rep sites show the actual watch on offer.

JohnnyB from Florida here... Nice forum, really like it. Couple of years ago I was close to buying a Swiss Grade AAA+++ replica from bestswiss.com. I did not even know about the traditional 10:10 time setting on gen watches (their reps were great looking watches and now I know why)! But I just couldn't pull the trigger, somehow. This forum has helped me put aside any lingering regrets about not scoring a AAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ Yachtmaster that a jeweler couldn't tell from the real thing... Learning fast, starting to change batteries and such, have ordered some books on watch adjustment and repair, as well as general watch books. Bought some tools at Harbor Freight (I know, I know), which I promise to use only on super cheapos and beaters, which I will be acquiring. I only have a few watches, all gen, fwiw; but probably not much longer. They are: * Late 60's Mido Multistar Automatic YG filled, gold face * Jean d'Eve Sectora Manual YG-filled, red and white face, bought in Switzerland (don't know what the hell I was thinking, but it runs forever on a wind and keeps great time) * Tissot T-Sport PRS200 Quartz in YG tone, blue face * Tommy Bahama Swiss SS Automatic Chronometer TB1021 * Freestyle SS USA Immersion Quartz diver (my beater, black with black poly strap) - Rolex gold datejust with gold rep band, plastic crystal, recently sold to a Boca jeweler Like guitars, I have owned a few over time. BTW, the whole RWG thing is very confusing; and yeah, I read the explanation. I just don't worry about it. Sites like this are a godsend (Godsend?) and a great place for a watch fool like me to waste time.
